1. Order Cancellation by Customer
We understand that plans can change. You may request an order cancellation under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Cancel an Order
- Email us at support@healthyshe.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
- Our team will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation within 1 business day.
3. Refund on Cancellation
- If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch, no charge will be applied.
4. Cancellation by HealthySHE
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Incorrect pricing or product information on the website
- Suspected fraudulent or invalid orders
- Delivery not feasible to the provided address
In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued if payment was already made.
5. Post-Dispatch Cancellations
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible. If you wish to return the product after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
