1. Shipping Coverage

HealthySHE delivers Pan India — across all states and union territories of India. We currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Discreet Packaging

We understand the personal nature of our products. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no product name or brand details visible on the outer packaging, ensuring your privacy at every step.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — please check our website for current offers.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order on our Order Tracking page or directly on the courier partner's website.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@healthyshe.in with your order details and photos (if applicable).
