1. Our Commitment

At HealthySHE, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The product was received in a damaged, defective, or tampered condition.
The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Please Note: Due to the personal and hygiene nature of our cosmetic products (V-Tight Serum, B-Tight Serum), we do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially used products unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products
Products without original packaging
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective)
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

4. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@healthyshe.in within 7 days of delivery.
Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with further instructions.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. Please provide your bank details when raising the request.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
